Who we are

This online store is operated by Selborne Commercecraft LLC. These terms govern use of selbornecommercecraft.com and purchases of home office furniture and workspace accessories through our Shopify store.

Products and information

Product names, descriptions, available options and prices are shown on the relevant product page. Choose the correct variant and quantity before adding it to your cart. Screens and lighting can affect the appearance of colors. We do not make performance, material, dimension or certification claims beyond the information provided for a product. Contact us before ordering if you need a specification confirmed.

Prices and checkout

Our store base currency is USD. The currency and final amount applicable to your purchase are displayed in Shopify Checkout. Shipping, taxes, duties collected by the store and discounts are shown before payment. Prices may change before an order is placed; this does not change the agreed price of an accepted order.

Payment is handled through the payment methods available in Shopify Checkout. Do not send card or bank credentials through our contact form.

Placing an order

Orders may be placed online 24/7. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order; acceptance is confirmed when we accept or dispatch it. If an item is unavailable, an obvious pricing error occurs or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and provide a refund where payment has been taken. Selling beyond a recorded stock level does not guarantee immediate dispatch.

Delivery, changes and returns

Delivery is available to supported addresses in the United States and Europe. Timing depends on distance and destination; charges and available estimates are provided at checkout or in your order information. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Responsible use

Use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit content that infringes another person’s rights. Information you provide for an order must be accurate. If you submit feedback, only provide content you have the right to share.

Consumer rights and responsibility

We remain responsible for obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits statutory cancellation rights, rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Applicable mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. We do not require you to waive them or agree to mandatory arbitration through these terms.
