DELIVERY, EXPLAINED.

Where we deliver

We offer delivery to the United States and Europe. Availability for a specific country, postal code or address is confirmed at checkout. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, contact us before placing an order.

Ordering and delivery times

You can place orders online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Order acceptance is not a promise of 24-hour dispatch or delivery. Delivery time depends on the destination, distance, item availability and the carrier route. Any available delivery estimate is shown during checkout or communicated in your order information.

Estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. If a delivery is delayed, contact us so we can investigate and explain the options available under applicable law.

Shipping charges and cross-border orders

The available shipping method and charge are shown at checkout before payment. We do not promise free shipping. Taxes and any duties collected by the store are shown in checkout. Import charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or local authority; ask us before ordering if you need clarification.

Your delivery details

Enter a complete, accurate delivery address and contact details. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We will check whether a change is still possible. Delivery arrangements for large furniture, access restrictions and any special service must be agreed before the order is placed; assembly, installation and room placement are not included unless expressly stated.

Problems with an order

If a parcel arrives damaged, is missing an item or contains the wrong product, contact us with your order number and a description. Photos can help us resolve the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping where we are responsible. This does not restrict your statutory rights.
